Power:It can turn him into water when he wants to and when he is part of the water he can still swim and turn back to his normal self when he wants to. Basiclly disguises him, only works for him. He basically blends in to the water. He wills it to turn him into water when he wants to.
Type: Shirt
History:A Naiad made it for him with the powers of the water will weaving it. Percy had to keep the water flowing into the shirt.

Please elaborate more, draw it out, because all I know is it turns him to water. Make it less repetitive.

I Just realized nothing except a God's Item of Power has a ten, demigods would reek to much havoc with 10 Strength items. Make the History a little better and spell check please.
